Sailing Down to Rio on the Queen Mary 2

by Doug Jones

Agent: Doug Jones  · Shows

Launched in 2004, the Queen Mary II is the longest, tallest, widest and biggest ocean liner in the world. Its initial voyage, from Fort Lauderdale to Rio de Janeiro, may have been the biggest nine day party as well! Duplicating the legendary trip of the S.S. Normandie in 1938, the new Cunard Lines experience adds comforts like air conditioning and email. Filmmaker Doug Jones was there on the inaugural voyage and he shares it all, including an up-to-the-minute look at fabulous Rio de Janeiro in Carnival.
