Dear TRACS Members, 

In just over three months, we will be gathering for the Travel Adventure Cinema Society’s annual Film Previews and Convention.  How do Presenters decide which films will bring the audience to their venue?  How will Presenters know which Artist’s films to book?  The easy answers are the “Film Previews.”  These will be held, again, at the Museum of Contemporary Art, 220 E. Chicago Ave. on Monday, September 12, 2010.  Tuesday’s Breakfast, Awards Lunch, Annual Meeting and separate brainstorming meetings will be held at the Seneca Hotel, 200 E Chestnut St. Chicago, Il.  The membership decided to go back to Chicago because of the wonderful facilities, ease of transportation, and great location.  We hope you will be able to join us for this fantastic opportunity. Film artists, the Film Preview application and guidelines will follow in a separate e-mail.

Please make your hotel reservations promptly especially if you are coming in early or staying later.  Since we have to guarantee 80% of the rooms that are reserved, not a lot of rooms are reserved for us.
